Brahmastra, the upcoming fantasy drama film, is perhaps one of the most anticipated titles of the year. The Ayan Mukerji-directed film features Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt sharing screen space in a premiere. Now, ahead of its theatrical release, the creators of Brahmastra have decided to surprise fans with an exciting announcement – The official trailer for the movie will be released on June 15th.
The full trailer for Brahmastra Part One: Shiva is coming in a few days. The update comes from Ranbir Kapoor, Ayan Mukerji and filmmaker SS Rajamouli who are currently doing promotional rounds for the film. Along with the announcement, a short teaser highlighting the film’s main characters was unveiled. The new teaser showcases the film’s visual and social effects. We take a closer look at Ranbir Kapoor’s Shiva and Alia Bhatt’s Isha. We also get a dramatic new look at the characters of Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy.

Ranbir Kapoor is currently at Vizag for a fan event with director Ayan Mukerji where they were joined by filmmaker SS Rajamouli. The actor was very well received by fans upon his arrival in the city. Fans threw flower petals at Ranbir, Ayan and SS Rajamouli
The official synopsis of the film reads – BRAHMASTRA – the trilogy, is a 3 part film franchise and the start of India’s first original universe – the Astraverse. It is an original new cinematic universe inspired by concepts and tales deeply rooted in Indian mythology but set in the modern world, with an epic narrative of fantasy, adventure, good versus evil, love and hope; all with state-of-the-art technology and unprecedented visual glasses.
Brahmastra Part One: Shiva hits cinemas on September 9 this year.
