The sudden death of singing sensation KK is a great loss for the music industry. As her many fans, friends and family mourn her death, new facts related to her untimely passing are being uncovered. The singer performed at a college festival in Kolkata on Tuesday and returned to his hotel, where he fell ill and died. Doctors declared him “dead” when he arrived at the hospital.
New facts show that the singer fell unconscious and later died due to multiple heart blocks. It was also stated that he could have been saved if cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) had been carried out in time. A doctor performing the autopsy confirmed that the singer died of a major cardiac arrest. The doctor, who wished to remain anonymous, also added that KK had prolonged unresolved heart problems.

Speaking to a leading publication, the doctor said: “He had a major blockage in the left main coronary artery and small blockages in various other arteries and sub-arteries. Excessive excitement during the live performance caused caused a stoppage of blood flow, leading to heart disease arrest which cost him his life.The singer had an 80% blockage in the left main coronary artery and small blockages in various other arteries and sub-arteries.None of the blockages were was 100%.
The doctor also added, “During Tuesday’s performance, the singer was sometimes walking and dancing with the crowd, which created excessive excitement that caused blood flow to stop, leading to cardiac arrest. As a result, KK is fell unconscious and had a heart attack. If CPR had been performed immediately, the artist could have been saved.”
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has announced that the singer will be shot at the Rabindra Sadan in Kolkata. After that, his body was transported directly to the airport through a green corridor. Her last rites were performed at the Versova crematorium.
