According to court documents obtained by People, one of Elon Musk’s 18-year-old twins has legally filed to change her name and gender, saying she no longer wants to be related to her father.

Xavier-born 18-year-old Vivian announced her decision to change her gender and famous surname in order to lose any ties with the Tesla and SpaceX founder.
The official reason stated by Vivian in the petition shared online is: “Gender identity and the fact that I no longer live with or be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form.”
Breakup:

Hours after news broke that Grimes and Elon Musk had secretly rekindled their romance and welcomed a second child via surrogate, the “Oblivion” singer revealed that she and the Tesla founder are back again.

Child Name Change:
Billionaire Elon Musk’s transgender child has filed a request for a name change over gender identity in an effort to cut ties with their father.
“Gender identity and the fact that I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form,” Musk’s child gave as reasoning for the petition.
Vivian has a twin brother, Griffin, and the last name Wilson comes from her mother, Canadian author Justin Wilson… who was married to Elon from 2000 to 2008.
