Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner competes professionally. He reached a global No. 9 ranking with the Association of Tennis Professionals on November 1, 2021, and a world No. 124 ranking in doubles on September 27, 2021.

Sinner was raised in the South Tyrol region of northern Italy. As a youngster, he participated in tennis, football, and skiing. Sinner transferred his attention to tennis at the age of thirteen and relocated to the Italian Riviera to train with seasoned coach Riccardo Piatti after winning a national skiing championship at the age of eight.

Djokovic battled back to defeat the young player seeded 10th after dropping the first two sets of their quarterfinal. The score was 5-7, 2-6, 6-3, 6-2, 6-2.

Sinner rolled his ankle on the revered surface of the All England Club late in the fourth set as he rushed to collect a ball at the net.

Sinner gave €12,500 to Cesvi, a charity, along with his management business, StarWing Sports, and Piatti. Bergamo will benefit from the donation to help with medical crises.
