According to a message on Instagram made on Sunday by her husband John Travolta, actress Kelly Preston passed away after losing her battle with breast cancer. Age-wise, she was 57. Preston, who had been fighting breast cancer for two years, “won a gallant struggle with the affection and support of so many,” according to Travolta.
Preston passed away at her Clearwater, Florida, home, according to the death certificate that Us Weekly was able to get. From there, her body was moved to a neighbouring funeral home. Preston was later buried in Florida’s Brooksville Crematory. John Travolta, Preston’s husband, was the one to first announce her passing.
Grandchildren:
Three children were born to Preston and Travolta: son Jett, daughter Ella Bleu, and a second son, Benjamin. Until her passing, Preston maintained her Scientology.
He has no grandchildren.
In 1992 and 2000, respectively, the couple received their first children, a son named Jett and a girl named Ella. When their 16-year-old son passed away while on a family vacation in the Bahamas, Preston credited her faith with helping her get through the difficult time.
