Justin Bieber shared a health update with fans earlier this week after postponing three shows on his 2022 Justice World Tour.
The Grammy winner, 28, revealed in an Instagram video that he has been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome which has caused him to have partial facial paralysis.
According to the Mayo Clinic, Ramsay Hunt syndrome “occurs when a shingles outbreak affects the facial nerve near one of your ears. In addition to the painful herpes rash, Ramsay Hunt syndrome causes facial paralysis and hearing loss in the affected ear. could be the cause.”

Justin Bieber announced Friday that he has been diagnosed with a rare disorder that left one side of his face paralyzed, and as a result, is canceling the remainder of his world tour.
He said his right eye wasn’t blinking, “I can’t smile on this side of my face. This nostril won’t move. So this side of my face is completely paralyzed.”
Bieber said he was physically unable to do his upcoming shows but was doing facial exercises and was hoping to recover.

Bieber said he was physically unable to do his upcoming shows but was doing facial exercises and was hoping to recover.
“I can’t believe I’m saying this. I’ve done everything to get better but my illness keeps getting worse,” he wrote in a post on his Instagram story. “My heart breaks that I have to postpone these next few shows (doctors order).”
