While the world is still struggling to come to terms with the reality of KK deceased, his last trip started in Mumbai. The popular Bollywood singer died of a massive heart attack on May 31 while performing at a college event in Kolkata. He was only 53 and it came as a shock to the entertainment industry.
His mortal remains were brought back to Mumbai last night. This morning saw the arrival of respected members of the music industry who came to pay their last respects to the sensation of the song. Salim Merchant who has collaborated with KK on several projects was clicked when he arrived. The final rites take place later in the day.
