Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan are tying the knot, these are the highlights of their relationship

After dating for seven years, Southern superstar Nayanthara and director Vignesh Shivan are all set to wed on June 9. The duo met on the sets of the 2015 film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan, and the rest is history.

Their romance surfaced when Nayanthara received an award at an event and the actress requested that Vignesh be called to present her with the award. During the acceptance speech, she also thanked Vignesh for believing in her.

Vignesh Shivan also took to Instagram to write that his life after meeting Nayanthara had been full of sweet moments. He also mentioned that she was the best person he had met in his life. The director often uses his Instagram to share adorable photos of them spending time together.

The couple got engaged earlier in 2021, and their huge fandom has been eagerly waiting to see snaps of their wedding ever since. Shivan recently announced that wedding photos will be shared a day after the ceremony. They will get married at a private compound in Mahabalipuram. Only their close friends and family will attend the intimate wedding.
