Rugby league legend Paul Green tragically took his own life on Thursday in his family’s garage, leaving behind his broken-hearted wife and two young children.
According to authorities, the 49-year-untimely old’s death on Thursday at his house is “not suspicious.”
Paramedics arrived on the scene a short while later and pronounced Green deceased, a police spokesman confirmed to Daily Mail Australia.
She affirmed, “There are no suspicious circumstances,” and a post-mortem was performed to ascertain the precise cause of death.
There was no overt sign of the former Croonulla Sharks player having a physical or mental condition, according to those close to him, who are devastated.

In 2002, he suffered a knee injury that prevented him from playing during the entire Rooters premiership season.
