Salman Khan revealed on Tuesday that he had received no threats from anyone. The actor reportedly gave a statement at Bandra police station where a case was registered against an unidentified person. The case was filed after a threatening letter was sent to Salman Khan’s father and producer, Salim Khan.
An FIR (First Information Report) has been filed against an unidentified person for sending a threatening letter to Salim Khan. So far, the Mumbai police spare no effort to investigate the letter. As Salim and Salman shared their statements, police also seized CCTV footage and a dozen teams with the addition of the Crime Branch are handling the case.
According to several reports, salim khan found the letter on a bench while taking his morning jog around 7:30-8:00 a.m. at Bandra bandstand in Mumbai.

After Salim Khan receives a threatening letter containing a warning that father and son will meet the same fate as Sidhu Moosewala who was brutally murdered, Salman Khan’s security has been tightened. Of note, reports that Salman Khan is on the radar of mobster Lawrence Bishnoi who, along with his associates, is a suspect in the murder of Sidhu Moosewala emerged recently. The criminal had threatened the actor for the deer hunting affair.

Currently, he is attached to star in Tiger 3 and his upcoming film Bhaijaan (previously titled Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali). He will also appear in a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan.
