He included Tips Films’ official post on his Instagram story and captioned it, “20 years later…#IshqVishkRebound.” He then tagged all the actors and parties involved in the ambitious project. Getting validation from the original star of Ishq Vishk will no doubt lift the spirits of the young group of actors hoping to make it big in the film industry.
Ishq Vishk Rebound will be released in 2023, exactly 20 years after the first installment, with new faces and an exciting and modern story. In terms of work, Shahid Kapoor will next be seen as a con artist in Raj and DK’s upcoming Farzi web series which also stars Vijay Sethupathi and Raashi Khanna. It will also be seen in Ali Abbas Zafar’s forthcoming untitled action film, which is largely shot in the Middle East.
