The controversial swimmer announced Wednesday night that she slipped in a warm-up area and broke her arm and was therefore unable to complete the rest of her event in Budapest.

The Australian swimmer told CAS that after testing positive ahead of last year’s world championships, she may never know how the banned substance entered her system.
