The 75th Annual Tony Awards are to be held on June 12, 2022, to recognize achievement in Broadway productions during the 2021-22 season. The ceremony will be held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, and hosted by Ariana DeBos.

If you’re looking for a sure-fire Sunday, bet on “The Lehman Trilogy.” In a category full of worthy contenders, voters consistently named it its top choice, praising (if not more) for its elegant, meticulously conceived production as its script spanning centuries.

With its gender-flipped lead character, “The Company” attracted much publicity when it opened in the fall, especially in the wake of the death of musician Stephen Sondheim. In the intervening months, reception in the industry has proved more mixed, but nonetheless, “The Company” appears to be the one to beat – albeit for the now-closed revival of “Caroline, or Change” and even its There’s also genuine affection for the critically panned mega-seller “The Music Man”, which could lay the groundwork for an upset.
